Shipments and returns

Liquidations

Liquidated items must be picked up.  Payment is due up front.  Delivery is not available for any Liquidated items.

Liquidated items are sold AS-IS with no guarantee of items condition.  All items are reasonably tested for working condition before listed.  Reasonable attempt is made to describe items working or physical condition before listing items for sale.

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for Liquidated item purchases.

Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-7 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking. We do not control the transit time of the package.  Generally, transit times are 2-6 days for USPS.  Insurance is included on each shipment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. Insurance fee's are included in the shipping cost and are based on the total value of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. 

Returns

All items are not stocked and are custom made for each order.  For this reason we do not offer returns.

Each package is amply packaged with protective material.  Insurance is included on all shipments.  We will refund orders that can be proven to be damaged in shipment. However, you must comply with the requirements:

  1. Provide imagery of the damaged shipping container.
  2. Provide imagery of the damaged product(s).
  3. All imagery must be received within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
  4. Provide us with your choice of a refund or a reshipment.

We will use this data when applying for a damaged shipment with the carrier.  If our claim is accepted, we will either refund your order or reship the damaged goods.

Damage claims can take 3 to 21 days on average to validate by the carrier.  No action will be taken until the carrier approves or denies the claim.

If claims are denied by the carrier we shall not issue a refund or reshipment.

By placing an order with Kalysta's Kustom Designs, DBA Tillium's, you acknowledge that you will abide by the arbitration of the carrier for these claims and will not issue a chargeback against damaged items regardless of outcome.  Any chargebacks against your order will result in a minimum $30 fee in addition to any lawful costs assumed by Kalysta's Kustom Designs, DBA Tillium's to recover funds, shall be assessed to your banking institution or creditor.
