Intellectual Property: Any designs created by Kalysta's Kustom Designs, DBA Tillium's are in the public domain or we have retained full rights to reproduce.  We may use any imagery provided for marketing purposes but will not otherwise share or sell any images provided.  Images containing children will not be used for marketing purposes but records will be kept as required by law.

  4. Customization Guidelines: Any images provided will be used to create your custom design request.  Any unlawful or otherwise prohibited imagery, either by State, Federal or other Authority, will be reported.  All orders are subject to review and approval.
  5. Limitations of Liability:  Kalysta's Kustom Designs, DBA Tillium's or it's affiliates shall not be held liable for damages or losses resulting from product use, customization errors, or third-party actions.

  6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes are Arbitrated in house between the individual who places the order and Kalysta's Kustom Designs, DBA Tillium's.

  7. Termination: We can terminate user accounts or refuse service for any reason without notice.  Any orders that are terminated that have been paid in full shall be refunded upon order cancelation.  Refunds for terminated orders by Tillium's can take up to 2 weeks to process.  Any unlawful imagery submitted in connection to a fully paid order will have funds held until an Authoritative State or Federal Entity provides lawful reason to release or otherwise relinquish funds.

  8. Governing Law: The State of Ohio holds the jurisdiction and laws that govern the interpretation and enforcement of the legal terms found herein.

  9. Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to update or otherwise modify our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or other policies without notification.
