Understanding the Risks: Navigating Liquidation with Expert Guidance.

Shelf Pulls:  Shelf pulls are just that, product that is pulled from a retail storefront, packaged and sold to a liquidator for resale.  Quality is usually retail ready product with minor package blemish.  You will get damaged items though it is rare. This all depends on how much care was taken throughout the liquidation process.

Over Stock:  These are kind of like Shelf Pulls but from a warehouse or distribution center.  Usually, Overstock items are in bulk at cutthroat rates.  You are able to find mixed pallets of overstock, though they can be rare and not have as awesome of a price.  Product is dominantly A+, retail ready.

New/Damaged Box:  A favorite category.  New damaged box has a bad image.  Many quality products remain undamaged and in perfect function though the box looks like it was dropped off the truck and ran over with the forklift.  There are damages, sometimes the damage penetrates the packaging.  Usually product is A+ with ... potentially questionable packaging.

Returns: Customer Returns, honestly, have a bad rap.  Don't get me wrong... there are some ... I shall call them interesting reasons for returns.  Missing pieces, damaged items and wrong items are just to name a few of the issues with customer returns.  That being said, there is plenty of gold in the mountain of returned goods.

Refurbished:  Refurbished goods are products that were returned for damage/service reasons and certified organization returns original function.  There may be scratch and dents, missing packaging, lightly used as well as A+ condition product.  Cost is high with A-/A+ quality.

Quality for All and for All a Right Price

As you may have seen at the bottom of every product listing, we do inspect or test all of our product if we perceive potential damages.

If a product is factory sealed and without damages as with Shelf Pulls or Overstock, we do not test or open the product.  It is sold as/is, retail ready.

No matter the category, if the package is damaged, the product is inspected and/or tested if the packaging damage looks like it could have impacted the product.

All Returns are tested for function regardless of condition.  Issues will be noted in the top of all product listings if any are present.  Images of the issues will be taken in detail.

New/Damaged Box items are inspected, at minimum, and tested if damage to box indicates product damage (this is often because everything has a damaged box of sort).

There is always risk when dealing with liquidations. We aim to take out as much risk as possible for the consumer, though products are still not guaranteed to work.  Our testing helps but we aren't perfect.  This is why our retail location is equipped with a testing station.  If you visit us in store you can always plug it in and check for function before purchase.
